Strawberries with Orange Cream |
Greek strained yogurt is a wonderful addition to any cook's pantry. Although the label says ""strained,"" it actually means drained, giving Greek yogurt the thickness of sour cream. The good news is that it has less fat than sour cream. This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled for a crowd. HEALTH NOTE: Greek yogurt also comes in lower-fat versions. Try this with 2% yogurt instead of whole-milk yogurt.
