  • Holiday ordering deadlines

    Get your cards there when you need them. Our holiday ordering guidelines will tell you the "order by" date so your order arrives before the big day.


  • Hallmark mails cards to recipients

    Hallmark will mail your cards to your recipients via U.S. Postal Service First-Class Mail. You can select a mailing date up to 12 months in the future.

    • Most cards ordered before midnight CT (Central Time) will be printed and ready to ship by the next business day. Foil cards require one extra day of processing time.
    • During holiday peak seasons (November and December), your card will be ready to mail in 1-2 business days.
    • You will receive an email letting you know your card has been mailed.
      We estimate 3-4 days delivery time. However, Hallmark is not responsible for delays by the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Tracking information is not available for mailed cards.
    • Unfortunately, international mailing is not available. We are only able to mail to valid U.S. Postal Service addresses within the United States.
    • Hallmark can mail your cards to your recipients via FedEx 2-Day Air or FedEx Standard Overnight for an additional charge. FedEx does not deliver to post office (PO) boxes, U.S. territories or Overseas Military Mail (APO/FPO) addresses.
    • We are not able to mail cards via U.S. Postal Service Priority or Express Mail.

  • Shipping party products

    Hallmark will ship your party products to you via standard FedEx Ground. All party products will be sent in the same shipment. If you change the shipping date of one item, all party products will be changed to that date.

    • All party products ordered before midnight CT (Central Time) will be printed and ready to ship in 2 business days via standard FedEx Ground.
    • You will receive an email letting you know your party products have been shipped. This email will include tracking information.
    • FedEx 2-Day Air and Standard Overnight delivery options are available at an additional charge.
    • Saturday delivery and Priority Overnight options are not available from FedEx.
    • We are only able to ship to valid U.S. Postal Service addresses within the United States. We cannot ship to post office (PO) boxes, U.S. territories, Overseas Military Mail (APO/FPO) addresses.
    • Unfortunately, international shipping is not available.

  • Store pickup

    Get FREE shipping when you have your items shipped to your local Hallmark Gold Crown store.

    • Currently available at participating stores in Atlanta, GA and Omaha, NE only.
    • All items sold on Hallmark.com, including personalized cards and party plates, are eligible for store pickup. Cards, party plates and gifts will each ship separately.
    • Please call Customer Service at 1-800-HALLMARK if you have questions about your order. The stores cannot process online returns at this time.
    • All items ship standard FedEx Ground only (no expedited shipping available). Items usually arrive in the store about 3 business days after leaving the warehouse. FedEx does not make store deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
    • You will receive tracking information, a delivery confirmation from FedEx, and a phone call from the store when your order is ready to be picked up.
