Lincoln Logs embellish a frame.
Mirror, Mirror

Use a Lincoln Logs set to make a frame that’s a little bit country and a little bit arts and crafts. Start with a wooden framed mirror (something vintage works well), and arrange Lincoln Logs around it to create a design (the roof pieces will give you bright bursts of color). Layer the logs to give the frame dimension and depth. Adhere with a hot-glue gun.
What’s your favorite vintage toy?

Hi, My very first toy that I can remember was a pull toy named "Snoopy". He was about 12 inches long and was black and white spotted. He had a spring tail and a painted collar around his neck that said "Snoopy". He also had a clicker in the bottom of it and when you pulled him it made a clicking noise. His feet were the wheels, but they had felt paws attached. Up to this very day I still have him on a shelf in my craft room looking over me as I spend time in my down time room. Everyone needs "Down Time" and Snoopy sees to it that I do.

MY FAVORITE "OLD" ANTIQUE TOY IS A DESI LU DOLL, LITTLE RICKY! I STILL HAVE THE DOLL IN IT'S ORIGINAL CLOTHES. WE DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF MONEY WHEN I GREW UP. MY BROTHER WAS DATING A GIRL WHO WAS WEALTHY BY OUR STANDARDS. "ROBIN" GAVE ME THIS DOLL, IT WAS HERS. ALONG WITH A FEW OTHER DOLLS. I WAS SO THRILLED TO HAVE SUCH BEAUTIFUL DOLLS! I DIDN'T REALIZE UNTIL I WAS OLDER THE ONE I LIKED MOST WAS "LUCY AND DESI'S BABY SON", "LITTLE RICKY". HE IS ADORABLE, I HAVE SEEN HIM ON E-BAY. BUT, I WILL NEVER PART WITH MINE!
